    For high-functioning women who have done the therapy, the journalling, the mindset work, and still don't feel different.

    This isn't just talk-based. It works at the level where stress and protective patterns are actually held - in the body. Functional Neurology brain - based assessments and integration processes, to create safety so you can actually feel different.

    You stop bracing. You react less and recover faster. You feel present, in your body, not just going through the motions. Decisions feel clearer. The noise settles.

    • 6 x 1:1 sessions across 12 weeks — in person at NatMed Clinic, East Fremantle

    • Ongoing support via private portal and voice notes

    • Practical somatic tools for real time regulation

    • Short focused videos to build awareness without overwhelm

    • Reflection practices to deepen body connection

    • Personalised session notes to deeper integration

    Investment: $1,997 AUD (Inc GST)

    Whether you're navigating something specific, looking for ongoing support, or want to experience this work before committing to The EMBODY Method, these sessions meet you where you are.

    We work directly with what's present in your body in real time. Not just talking about it. Actually working with it.

    We work to understand the patterns driving your current experience and support your nervous system to respond differently.

    Sessions are available for adults and children, in person and online.

  • A session is a space where you don't need to perform, explain everything, or have the right words.

    We start by slowing things down and bringing attention into your body, so we can understand what your nervous system is actually holding, not just what your mind is analysing.

    Using gentle muscle monitoring and body-based techniques, we identify where stress, tension, and protective patterns are stored. This allows us to work directly with the root of what's keeping you stuck.

    From there, we support your system to shift, not by forcing change, but by creating enough safety for your body to release, regulate, and reorganise.

    You'll be guided through simple, practical exercises you can use between sessions, so the work continues beyond the room.
