About Me
My work is grounded in both training and lived experience.
For years, I was highly capable and functioning well.
I was working, travelling, and always “on”, but completely disconnected from my body.
I hadn’t considered slowing down or looking inward.
Everything was focused on doing, thinking, and keeping things moving.
At 31, that pattern showed up physically, and I was diagnosed with cancer.
That experience changed how I understood my body and the patterns driving it.
It impacted multiple areas of my health, including my fertility, and made clear how much I had been overriding my body rather than listening to it.
This led me into kinesiology and deeper work with the nervous system, where I began exploring what was happening in the body beneath the surface.
The EMBODY Method comes from this.
It’s built on a simple principle:
insight alone doesn’t create change.
Real change happens when your body feels safe enough to respond differently — not just your mind.
This work brings you back into connection with your body,
so you’re not just understanding your patterns,
you’re changing how they are experienced and how you respond to them.
This is where insight becomes embodied change, not just something you understand, but something you experience.
